Fred Foreman Sr., known as Coach Fred, holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health and Wellness. With over twenty years of mentoring and coaching experience, his work helps individuals strengthen their mindset, improve emotional wellness, and break through the limiting beliefs that hold them back.
He is also the author of “Uniting You With You” — a powerful personal development guide designed to help individuals rediscover their identity and align their mindset with their true purpose.

Built on a foundation of integrity, compassion, and responsibility, Donu brings both professional discipline and a genuine heart for people to the mission of OBMOU. Through her work in the banking industry, she has earned the trust of customers and colleagues alike by demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to helping others.
As a wife and mother, Donu understands the importance of strong values, encouragement, and guidance in shaping families and the next generation. This perspective fuels her passion for supporting youth empowerment and community outreach that uplift individuals and families.

The team at One Blood Movement of Unity is a dedicated group of individuals who are passionate about creating a better future by empowering youth, fighting against racism and poverty, and promoting unity within our community and beyond.
President: Danny Foreman Jr.
As the President of One Blood Movement of Unity, I bring strong leadership rooted in discipline, service, and innovation. I am a proud U.S. Army veteran who has led troops through two tours in Iraq and participated in multiple mission trips that strengthened my commitment to unity and community impact. I also own and operate Custom Ware, a T-shirt company that promotes creativity and purpose through design. I leverage my technical knowledge, leadership experience, and heart for service to develop and implement innovative solutions that support our mission of combating racism and poverty, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our programs and services.
VP: Shannon Sellers
As the Vice President of One Blood Movement of Unity, I bring over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, including owning and operating a successful hair salon and launching my life coaching business, Showing My Roots. I specialize in strategic planning, fundraising development, and community engagement. My background in building and sustaining small businesses has equipped me with the tools to create systems that support long-term growth. I am committed to helping OBMOU expand its reach, strengthen its structure, and build partnerships that lead to lasting community impact.
Treasurer: Bobby Foreman
As the Treasurer of One Blood Movement of Unity, I bring over 30 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, and organizational operations. I currently serve as the Credentialing and Initial Certification Operations Manager, where I oversee compliance, accuracy, and process improvement across multiple departments. My deep understanding of financial systems and operational structure allows me to ensure transparency, accountability, and strategic use of resources within OBMOU. I am committed to maintaining strong financial stewardship and supporting the mission to build unity and hope through responsible leadership and service.
Executive Assistant: Renee Ormond
As the Executive Assistant of One Blood Movement of Unity, I bring over 30 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist, where I mastered the art of care, communication, and customer service. My background has equipped me with the ability to connect with people on a personal level, build trust, and create a welcoming environment—skills that I now bring to OBMOU. I am passionate about serving others with compassion and excellence, ensuring that every interaction within our organization reflects unity, professionalism, and love. My goal is to help strengthen the administrative and relational foundation of One Blood Movement of Unity as we continue to grow and impact lives across communities.
Director of Development: Samantha Boyd
As the Director of Development for One Blood Movement of Unity, I bring over 7 years of experience in hospitality, social media marketing, and business growth. My passion lies in helping organizations connect with their audiences through creative strategies and meaningful engagement. With a strong background in building brand awareness and developing customer relationships, I focus on expanding OBMOU’s community reach and partnership opportunities. My goal is to help the organization grow its impact by creating innovative campaigns and sustainable development initiatives that reflect unity, service, and positive change.
Director of Quality Control: Kenny Vinson
As the Director of Quality Control for One Blood Movement of Unity, I bring over 30 years of experience as a Lead AV Technician, managing teams and overseeing quality assurance across multiple operations. My background in leadership, systems management, and technical precision ensures that every project and event meets the highest standards of excellence. I am committed to maintaining efficiency, consistency, and professionalism in all areas of OBMOU operations, helping the organization deliver a message of unity and integrity through every detail.
Executive Advisor: George Marsh
As a Board Member and executive advisor of One Blood Movement of Unity, I leverage over 30 years of business acumen and entrepreneurial prowess. My extensive experience encompasses strategic planning, operational optimization, and financial management. With a keen eye for market trends and a track record of driving innovation, I am committed to steering the organization towards sustainable growth and impactful outcomes.
Director of Partnerships and Community Engagement Dr. Shiquita Blue
As a dedicated Board Member and Director of Partnerships and Community Engagement for One Blood Movement of Unity Inc., Dr. Shiquita Blue brings over 11 years of nonprofit leadership experience, a background in economic development, and corporate expertise as an Engineering Technologist II at Duke Energy. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arizona Global Campus and Halifax Community College, where she mentors and teaches future business professionals. Dr. Blue focuses on building strategic partnerships, strengthening community collaboration, and expanding relationships with organizations that align with OBMOU’s mission. Her experience in leadership, communication, and relationship building helps connect OBMOU with opportunities that support sustainable growth and long term impact. She is passionate about service and community advancement and is committed to helping OBMOU expand its reach while building strong partnerships that empower the communities we serve.
